You did say "the five vowels" - a, e, i, o and u, so I assume you are not counting 'y' as a vowel. If that is the case, 'rhythms' is a seven-letter word with no vowels.
(Some people do regard 'y' as a vowel)

actually "y" is now considered a vowel.
some words, or phrases, which dont use vowels
PS1, PS2, LCD. you cant have a word with out a vowel.
