Does anyone else vote for their own answer as best?

I say, no one else voted, why shouldn't I get the points for going to the effort :D

Yes, of course. I always go back into the answers to check to see if my answers have gone to the "voting" level, then immediately vote on my own answer. I NEVER feel guilty about doing that. Afterall, hon, think of the time, we already spent answering the question, etc. You are absolutely correct, don't feel guilty.

i do no longer vote for appropriate answer too oftentimes, however the cases that I even have, there have been cases i did no longer vote for myself. of course in polls I do - who would not? that's a controversy of opinion and no person is misguided. On others, i glance at everyone's solutions, and if I see that someones is obviously greater valuable than mine, of direction I vote for them. truly the only time I vote myself is that if the others are basically some words or a sentence that the two has no longer something to do with the question, or has no factor further.

Only if I feel the others sucked, or they were all similar to mine. Otherwise I go for the one that really is the best.
