I realised that i get frustrated easily these few months over stupid things. Like the other time, i was reading a my biology textbook on the eye and suddenly i had a panic attack. Why?
Because it was saying that our eyes can only focus on an area at a time. There's nothing wrong about it but my mind ventured into why we can't focus on multiple things. I felt limit. I felt so helpless. And so scared. Please help.

Wow, this is a fascinating question. I know fear is a common emotion among fellow human beings regardless of their personality type... some more than others, of course.

I think you should explore a little deeper what is it about this limitation that scares you so bad. What are you afraid would happen because of this limitation? What is the consequences for having this limitation? Do you fear something bad can happened to you, and they can sneak up on you without you seeing them or it coming due to the limitation? If the answer is yes, then you may be a type 6 on the Enneagram. I post the recommendation.

There is a possibility that you are stressed out and not taking proper care of your body and maybe, not getting enough sleep and worried about things like academics for an example. Remember to breath, exercise, rest and journal. And maybe, talk to a caring friend or person about these fears if you need some feedback and support, like you are doing now. I am glad you are online with us. :o)

I would attribute that anxiety to the subject itself, meaning, you might have a fear of school.

I really think it has to do with a fear of a test coming up. That is very common. For some reason, a lot of kids fear tests. To me, the fear isn't in the test itself (before it happens), but in what the result might be. I'm content in knowing that I have control of the outcome all the way up until I'm finished with the test.

Somewhat strange but nothing to worry. While one may be able to focus only on one thing, it does not prevent one to glance around many things at a given time!
