Im relying on pure dumb luck to find this because the band that did it was VERY underground.

It isn't on Pure Sugar's page on myspace anymore...
EDIT--Since you added that it was underground, you may have a hard time trying to find it.
My cousin does techno/dance music and all they do is sample songs and add the beat to it.
