bandwagon fan....???

how can you say that I am a bandwagon fan based on something I asked on this yahoo answers thing, chief??? I grew up in wisconsin and a Packers fan, die hard cheese head. My family moved here in '93. As you probably dont know cuz you have the intelligence of a moth is the Packers beat the Pats in superbowl XXXl (31 dumbass) 35-21. I was still a Packer fan then.

But then, one miraculous day, bryan cox smacked bledsoe up and in came the reason why I am a Pats fan to date.
now I know I didnt suffer through the old schaffer stadium days....does that mean everyone that didnt like the pats before bob kraft took over is a bandwagoner? in that case, seeing how we had some of the worst attendance in the league in the 80s early 90s, youre calling a S load of present patfans bandwagoners. I frickin hate that word.

in closing...I take nothing back of my original statement (that of which yahoo answers TURNED INTO a question)

PATS ALL THE WAY 19-0

I'll say the New England Patriots will finish 13-3 with the best record in the AFC. Playing the Jets twice before Samuel plays in Week 10 hurts them big time, they may lose both games. I don't think they'll be able to cover Jerrico Cotchery in either of those games... can Chad get the ball to him is the question. Throw in one other random loss or two, and the Pats finish 13-3. I think they will win the Super Bowl over the New Orleans Saints. Painful thing for a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan to say, but I'm a rational thinker too. I'm not looking forward to seeing my boys go up to Foxboro this season... could be a bad day for us. =/

What's the point of even answering this question if your askewed perception is so narrow minded and biased to the point you wont accept anything else until some other bandwagon fan comes along and says "YEA man pats undefeated!!!!" The Patriots will not go undefeated this year because no matter what the amount talent there is on a team, theres always going to be some flukes, bad calls, injuries etc.. that will cost a team at least one game (remember the 85 Bears and that wild Monday night loss to Miami). Most likely they will have a good season if all the free agents gel, but no undefeated season you biased, bandwagon fan.

Yes they will lose at least once. No team has done it since the '72 Dolphins and no team ever will. If the Pats clinch home field with 3 weeks left you know they'll rest their starters and lose a game a two they normally wouldn't. Last year's Super Bowl Champion Colts lost to the Texans. This is the NFL, anything can happen.

Just based on looking at their schedule for the upcoming season I would say no to going undefeated. On paper I agree with you that the Pats will probably go to & win the Bowl but with to many players who are injury, attitude prone I seriously doubt them going undefeated. Teams who may beat them this season are the Chargers, Bengals, Colts & Ravens. But those are just my two cents.

NO pro football team will go undefeated, at least not in the forseeable future. With travel, let down games, possibility of injury, and oh yeah let's not mention the whole " do we sit our starters" possibility if a team is 14-0 to start. It's too much pressure on one team in weeks 13 thru 17 to win.
Besides, the goal is to win the Superbowl, so who really cares? Give me 12-4 and a SB win over 16-0 any day.
As for the pats, yeah it looks good on paper for a good year. There's a LOT of chemistry questions on offense though.

Take your drugs (or stop taking what you are on!)

No team in the NFL can go undefeated. The pressure and media scrutiny is too fierce late in the season.

Besides, even great teams have a bad game (see the 85 Bears) and the Pats have not been proven to be a great team.

Don't get me wrong, I think they have a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl (if Moss does not kill their chemistry) but not undefeated!

Absolutely!!! anyone who says the pats suck, aren't that intellligent and don't know the nfl. the patriots have created the greatiest dynasty in nfl history,, and they have done it with the salary cap implemented. the pats will go undefeated even if the nfl adds one game. i predict 16-0 this season even their back up a qb has potential. matt cassel is no bradey but hes descent. randy moss was just a added benefit.

Patriots are like the San Antonio Spurs they are so good the make the sport boring to watch. Who wants to watch a game where they know that a team is going to win no matter how far they get down by in the fourth quarter....Go Dolphins!!!

No because there is too much talent in the AFC and no team will be able to go undefeated this year. With the Chargers, Steelers, Colts, Ravens, and Chiefs it will be impossible.

The patriots are good, but I don't think going undefeated is the best thing for them. Let all the media and rival fans talk about how the Colts are still better, and Say that the patriots will fall apart. The Patriots perform better when they are the underdogs. By the way, you forgot Seau and Testaverde, not to mention Gostkowski!!! Even though he can kick like Vinateri, his name is way too hard to spell, so I want Adam back!!!!!!!
