In reality there are only 3 dimensions in the real Universe which can be easily proven.
Any additional dimensions in the world of physics is purely based on a manifold.

Any dimensions in the manifold that may resemble reality may be purely coincidental.

There are four basic quantities in the Universe that we deal in reality, they are = lenghts, angles, time, and mass.
