The hymen is right near the opening of the vagina, so most likely he ruptured it. And no, you are not a virgin anymore. The burning is probably normal. I had the same thing for a few days after the first couple of times I had sex. I think it is the urine hitting the fresh wound of your torn hymen. If you have the burning for more than a few days though, go get checked by a doctor. I'm going to assume he didn't use a condom, since you didn't mention it. You now have to worry about pregnancy and STDs. If it is within 72 hours, you can still use emergency contraception. And you should get yourself to your doctor or a clinic to get tested for STDs.

okay... well here's the thing...you can get pregnant even though he didn't go all the way in. If it was in there then there's a possiblility. Question.. Did you have to wipe when he got through. B/c if so then he proabibly did cumm inside you which can result.. even if he didn't you have to worry about pre nutt. Which a lot of girls don't get or think about. And When you have sex you have lost it. Also i would go get the day after pill. And next time drink and have someone with you there that you trust to maybe help this from happening. I know it does. It has happened to me. But i try to stay with people or bring people with me that i know will help stop me if i get in that situation. B/c you may regret it later, you know. Yes, he "popped your cherry" and it is possible for you to get pregnant even if he did not ejaculate inside you. Preejaculate fluid or "precum" contains millions of sperm so yes, you can still get pregnant. However, if this occured last night, you should take the morning after pill, which is effective for up to 72 hours, or 3 days. If you are over 18, some states sell it in drug stores over the counter (but at the pharmacy.) If not, you can call planned parenthood or your local health district for the morning after pill. Also, If you are going to be sexually active, please use condoms and go on the pill! It will prevent worry and maybe even disaster.

If he was there, there is always the possibility of pregnancy.
The bleeding could have been your hymen, or it could also have been from his irritating your soft and delicate skin-membranes.
This is a serious subject.
And a sobering situation.
For the next three weeks, for sure.

sorry you are right you were a virgin, the bleeding was probably the tearing of your hymen if this fellow took advantage of you he is guilty of a sex crime, if you were drunk then it doesn't give him the right, please be more responsible in the future, most likely your are not pregnant however I would be more concerned about an std, life is a learning process and wisdom is about putting to use the knowledge you have gained! if you develop a discharge or have other unusual things happen down there then it's time to get answers!

Oh hon. I hope you won't get drunk around strangers again. This puts you at a high risk for rape.
You could get pregnant but I imagine it's highly unlikely.
