Mine is. In my dreams, I'm totally loud and free. But in real life, I'm kinda shy.

Yes it is. My dream self is the self I wish my real self can be.

I do feel that way. In my dreams I am the same weight I was as a teenager. I injured myself pretty bad and couldn't move for six months. When I felt a little better, I turned to food because I was depressed. I used to be 120 pounds and I went up to 178 pounds. I lost 40 pounds last summer and felt good. Then I gained another 20. I am on a diet again and have lost 8 pounds so far. Maybe my dream isn't so far fetched. Lol!

Yup, my dream self is taller and much more confident, with an outstanding voice lol. I guess thats a part of life, having goals and never being happy or feeling good enough and when we finally reach that point we've grown a little mentally and emotionally.

Dream is a vision that you visualize during your sleep in subconcious state of your mind. During this stage your brain does not work actively but only your sunconcious mind. All the real life scenes and situations that you see are getting imaged in your subconcious mind and the same are regenerated in your dreams as well. But in real life your brain and mind balances all your activites. So not necessarily all the dreams should coincide your reality but few could succeed.

I'm so thankful my dream persona is nothing like me. It does bug me a little that we don't inhabit the same body. I always feel strange when I see myself in a mirror in a dream.

One great thing about my Dream Self...she can fly!

I never really see myself or talk in my dreams. I just see the other things. I also usually know I'm dreaming when I dream.
