1 week before my college semester was over I met this really great guy. We hung out almost every night & the last couple nights he started being affectionate when we were together & kissing me when I left. We were taking things slow because I had to leave to a different city for the summer. He told me to call him when I’m back in town to visit. A little over 2 weeks went by & I was going to be visiting so I gave him a call & he didn’t answer. When I got there I tried to call him again & he didn’t answer but later that night he called me back & told me he had been moving out of his house. He asked me to come over to his friend’s house to hang out so I did. He flirted with me there but didn’t seem as affectionate. When I left he walked me out & hugged me, a REALLY long hug & kind of rubbed my back. He asked me when I was coming back again & told me he wants to see me then. He seemed like he wanted to kiss me but didn’t. Then I left. Does he still like me as more than a friend?

I think that most likely he still likes you. He might just be a little scared or nervous because he hadn't seen you in awhile. When he was hugging you he was probably thinking what you would think if he kissed you. He may have thought you would have been uncomfortable with him kissing you, so instead he gave you a really long hug. You have to remember most guys just want you to be comfortable and they get scared of loosing girls easily. They want it to be the same but don't exactly know how to express themselves.

Only time will tell you. Unless you ask him first. Figure out what you want from him, then go for it. Assuming you want a relationship, ask him out. You can't wait around wondering whether he likes you or if he'll ask you out. Worst case scenario, you will finally know how he feels about you.

I would say he likes you more then a friend just doesnt know how to actually tell you.
