Your Pokémon is randomly infected with it through battling. It is a very low chance. It would be better to go on forums or something and look for someone who is willing to trade a pokémon with pokérus over wifi.

i already got the pokerus and trust me it really helps it got my giratina from 70 - 74 in just 10 - 15 minutes if you already beat the elite four try fighting near the survival area near the battle zone place thats where i got my pokerus

Is very hard to obtain. The way to get it is by battling wild pokemon. There will be a very very very low chance your pokemon will get infected.
