More specifically in the state of Washington. Or does it really have to be your birth certificate?

In Washington, you can get your permit at 15 when enrolled in driver's ed.

All you should need is your Social Security Card and your Birth Certificate.

If you cant find either you can apply for both.
Social Security Card at your Social Security Office and
Birth Certificate from your State of Birth.

Birth certificate is mandatory. You can order one online, though, from the county in which you were born. Don't worry, you'll need one anyway, in teh years to come.

You can use your high school transcripts, but you will also need a second form of ID.

I woudl think it has to be 2 forms of Identification with one with a photo. Maybe a school ID photo would work but ...yea, check their website.

u can give.but remember to get a permit to drive ur age must be 18 yrs. minimum.
