This question was answered while ago.

A clear cloudless day-time sky is blue because molecules in the air scatter blue light from the sun more than they scatter red light
When we look towards the sun at sunset, we see red and orange colors because the blue light has been scattered out and away from the line of sight.

you know that the atmosphere over earth consists of many layers and droplets of water all over. these droplets refract the sunlight through them and after that the light which falls through them belongs to blue (low UV) spectrum. the restof the light can't reach the earth because there angle of deviation is small. that is why the sky is blue. but u can c that it changes colour in different periods of the day. For instance the colour at the mid of the day differs from that of at twilight.
