The water and the bottle will try to get into thermal equilibrium (ie, the same temperature). If the water is initially cold, then it will cool the bottle, and warm up slightly.
But this effect only happens in the small layer of water that is in direct contact with the bottle. After you shake it, the water from the middle of the bottle (which is still cold) will be brought to the edge. It will try to form thermal equilibrium again, causing the bottle to become even colder.
The bottle can't get any colder than the water was to begin with, and eventually the effect will stop when all the water is at the same temperature as the bottle

the bottle feels colder to the touch if you shake it because the water absorbs the heat from the bottle more when you move it over more of the surface area of the bottle. The actual water doesn't get colder, it actually gets a little warmer, but the bottle gets cooler.

Here's what's happening: when you shake the bottle of water, you are creating a condition of forced convection within the bottle. This will transfer heat from the wall of the bottle at a much faster rate than when the water is sitting still. When a fluid medium is moving, advection causes a much larger heat transfer coefficient. Since this convection is transferring more heat from your hand, it feels colder to your touch. The actual temperature of the water doesn't change.

The water doesn't get colder....as a matter of fact, shaking it makes it hotter, as you're adding (kinetic) energy which will be converted to heat. The reason it feels colder is that the water contacts the sides of the bottle (where you're holding it). The water is a much better conductor of heat than air, so it can absorb heat from your hand. That's the cold feeling you get. And..... , that heat absorbed from your hand also makes the water get hotter still.

you will find the reverse during winter. explanation for this is - water contents attached close to body part of bottle are more exposed to external weather than the water contents deep inside the bottle. it takes sometime before the effect of hot weather outside reaches deep inside the bottle. hence there is always a difference of heat contents with the water that is close to body part of the bottle than the water deep inside the bottle. when you shake the bottle, water deep inside the bottle mixes with the water that is close to body part of bottle and reduces the temperature to some extent. same thing works on reverse way during winter.

in a hot day due to excessive heat some water in the bottle get heated while rest remains cold .hot wter being lighter rise to the surface. when you shake the bottle the cold water somewhat reduces the temp. but the overall temp. of water decreases
