Are you looking for a particular flavor of UNIX (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Irix, BSD, etc...) or Linux (RedHat, Suse, Ubuntu, Linspire, etc...)?

Are you looking to learn as a user or administrator?

You can find a wealth of information by going to the specific vendors website and looking up their manual pages (aka "man pages") too.
