Yes, your body produces more of it, even in your nose so you may find that you blow your nose more often.

not that I'm a doctor but when I was prego, na, I always keep it moist, prego or not. but hey, if your noticing a big difference, go see your doctor. You have been seeing one regularly since your pregnant right? well, you should, and if your way young, indigent, whatever, go to a clinic, there are many that are for free. they will help you sing up for all sorts of mommy baby stuff.
