Now, having pointed that out, I agree 100% that "PC" is a ridiculous concept and if you want to see it taken to an extreme, watch "Demolition Man" with Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes. Funny movie and illustrates the situation perfectly.
The only thing that "PC" does is limit our ability to communicate effectively and increase the odds of possible misunderstandings.
Calling a spade a spade is not racist, unless you're a racist and choose to take it that way. Its not the words themselves which are harmful, its the context.

yeah this is getting way out of hand. example i am not a racist but whites being called honkeys and crackers on tv is just as bad as using the n word. it is just way out of hand. the naacp would slap a law suit so fast if a white person said it on tv but chris rock at mttv awards can say it and it's cool. arabs get bashed and that is alriht with the world. the only people in this country not allowed to be critisized are the jews and the black people. not that they should be bashed but NO ONE SHOULD BE BASHED!!!!
