If they are large and causing back pain insurance may cover for the surgery (breast reduction with lift, my insurance covered 100%).
Other than that not much you can do but wear a good supportive bra.

If you wanted to keep your nice perky rack, you shouldn't have had kids. Someone should have told you long ago that pregnancy will swell the breasts and especially breastfeeding. Once the milk dries up and the breasts shrink, the stretching (from long term skin stretching) is PERMANANT. Often after breastfeeding breasts shrink to pre-pregnancy size and then sag. The ONLY solution is a surgical breast lift which is in excess of $7,000. Wear padded bras to at least give them the illusion of being round and perky again, but that's about all you can do.

The only way to get a little lift is to workout. Upper body strength training it suppose to help lift the chest. These exercises are suppose to reduce sagging.

Pray? Sorry, try doing some basic toning and weight exercises, but know that sagging boobs is one of the prices we pay for our kids. As long as they stay in the Northern hemisphere, its alll good.
