Yes, I do that often.
I also try leave a small space between my car and the one in front of me. Every time I do that it seems some dummy always tries to shoehorn in the spot. I've had two accidents from idiots squeezing in like that.

actually yes...cuz it annoys the heck out of me when people stay lined up in my blind spot...speed up or slow down a little! lolz
