yes, you could be pregnant or there could be another problem going on. I would recommend making a point with your doctor right away. Until you get into your appointment keep track of any daily symptoms you are having and let the doctor know. If your back pain increases than you should probably go to the emergency room and get checked out.
Good luck

I would advise you to GO to your OBGYN to get labs and test done. At that time your results will be for certain and IF NEGATIVE than you can FIND OUT WHY... you have had an absent menses.. He/She will give you a 7 day pill to start.. As long as NO POSITIVE preg test.
From personal experience--- At age 22 I stopped my menses for several years and would go back and forth to OBGYN to have the above done and after all labs were NEGATIVE I was given RX of 7 pills to take daily and at the end of the 7 days I would start. For some unknown reason we do not know why I had absent menses.. BUT Once we realized NOTHING was WRONG -- I was very grateful she stayed away for as long as she did.. LOL
I now have been on a regular menses on my own for about 2 years and finally 15 wks preg with baby #2....
Very excited I must say..
In any form GOOD LUCK and take care of your occurring problem -- JUST IN CASE......

Go to your doctor, they will be able to help you with this. There could be another reason which could account for the nausea and the cramps and the late period.
Are you particularly stressed at the moment? This can cause all the symptoms you're describing.
Have you had a change in diet of late?
Have you lost weight?
These are all things you need to keep in account but I would strongly recommend going to the doctor.

you could be the home pregnancy test arent 100% they showed i wasnt pregnant with my youngest 2 when i went to the dr i was. I suggest going to the dr and getting a blood test done if u feel u r pregnant. But also stress can delay your periods among other things. If your not pregnant Id see a dr to make sure all is well. good luck

when i was around 3 weeks pregnant with my triplets i took two tests - both came back as a false negative, when clealry they both should have said positive. either try a new brand of test or visit you're doctor. the signs seem to say that you are pregnant but there could eb other reasons for you're symptoms - good luck!! and if you are pregnant congratulations

hi!
the test should shown a positive after 22 days if you are pregnant.... but if you are still not convinced, why dont you go and get some blood tests, that will definitely put your mind at ease......are you quite regular otherwise? you should definitely talk to your dr if you go and get your blood sample because it could be a sign of PCOS? I am not trying to scare you, I too have it and my dr said lots of people who have it can conceive without a problem....good luck

I would go to your care provider and ask for blood work to be done to determine if your are pregnant...Every pregnancy is different and maybe this pregnancy (if you are pregnant) won't show its self on a home pregnancy test...My mother couldn't get a positive on a home pregnancy test

Go to your doctor, as you need to know what's going on. Normally doctors won't do another pregnancy test as they are quite accurate - especially when you done 6.
