Honestly?
I wipe up the floor with the other person quick and savagely.
Then I go about the rest of my day.
Of course it takes a lot to provoke me. I had a person hit me twenty or so times and I didn't take it personally.
On the other hand, a guy pulled out a knife and the game was on.
Like I said it is not personal, but if I assume you are trying to hurt me I assume I have to hurt you first and make sure you don't hurt me thereafter.
Fighting is nothing to look forward to but it is nothing to be feared either.
And no matter how many time I explain this people always think it is me bragging or me not seeing the foolishness in philosophy, but it is funny how these same people will go out and buy a copy of Sun Tsu or Machiavelli and thin this makes sense. This is nothing new, I just cut to the chase.

I try to remember how terrible the provoker looks and that I don't want to go down to that level.

I'll keep telling myself in my mind it's not worth it to let the other person have the satisfaction that they have succeeded in provoking me and I wouldn't want to turn ugly ....yea..really look ugly when I'm angry...lol

if it is a crazy female or male I just smile and sometimes say God Bless you
and walk away
if it is a crazy female that means BUSINESS I grab on and don't let go for at least 5 hours.. by then she is usually calm as can be
