Then make a move! you're the guy so you're the one whose expected to make the first move.
First, try to be her friend. Be there for her, when she text or call... reply....
On asking for a date, she might initially refuse you bec she doesnt know you well... So better ask her out on a group, like with a female companion... Once she is at ease with you, then you can ask her out with just the two of you...
If you really love that girl, do your best. Dont give up as easily.... like you, i have been loving a guy for quite some time. but it doesnt look good for a girl to court a guy... So i have to keep it to myself, hurt me much bout there's nothing i can do about it... Good luck to you.

Well......... if you love this girl try to talk to her. I know this is an old trick but i tried it seemed to work with me, so try to bomb into her if she has something in her hand and pick them up. Try to walk her to her car or a building she was going to. Then when you get their try talking to her and when you are done say it was nice talking to you, and then say maybe one morning we can get a cup of coffee.

Ask her out? simple question to ask her is "Hey, Would you like to get some coffee or go hang out at the beach?" lol. do U really need help on that?

Do you know her? If so, then your first step is to get to know her. If you do, then talk about common interests. Take a chance, ask her out.
