with early response....5 days before your missed period...but it can come out negative...so get the one that has 2 in the box...and test after your missed period ( if you miss it)...if you already should have started....you can take a test now....i always used the early response one....it came out positive quite a few days before my missed period...i just knew i was finally pregnant so couldnt wait to take it....

The earliest any of the home pregnancy tests offer is 5 days before you expect your period. However, I used the First Response Early Result test 7 days before I was supposed to get my period and it showed positive, I don't recommend that for you though, everyone is different, I suppose I just produce alot of pregnancy hormone very quickly. If you test 5 days before your period and get a positive you can pretty much trust that, but if it says negative you should definately test again in a week (false negatives are very common, false positives are not).

I suggest you wait until after you have missed your period. I took a test that claimed to be accurate as early as 5 days before your period and it came out negative. I took a second test the next day and it came out negative. So, I had a few drinks that weekend.

My son is now four months old and healthy, thank God. Don't trust an early negative.

It depends on the test you get. Some are now so sensitive, you can test up to 3 days before your period. Just read the boxes. Most are at least on the first day of a missed period.

as soon as u miss your period. Home pregnancy tests arent very accurate exspecially in the early stages. I suggest going to a dr or clinic for a test.

I bought these test on-line that can tell you 6-8 days after ovulation. My test was positive 6 days after, but the line was so faint that I took several more before I believed I was pregnant. It was 8 days before my period was due.

Best to wait until you miss a period. That said, some women get positive several days before their period is due. I used First Response & got a positive 5 days beofre my period was even due.

Use clearblue easy. It's result is in blue. The pink ones are hard to see sometimes. Clearblue is the only way to go, and yes, the digital one is the best.
