Hermitage, TN (five minutes from downtown Nashville)
1. Boring
2. Quiet
3. Hilly
4. Green
5. Redneck-filled
6. Historic (I love history, but not when it comes to the awful history of slavery with the Trail of Tears and the Hermitage, home of Andrew Jackson [former president a LONG time ago])

10. Small
