Just get up and do it. Don't let the problems of the past clash with the prospects of the future.
Whether it be a divorce, a bankruptcy, or just getting your butt kicked.....we can all bounce back IF we want to. No one is gonna do it for ya. It all starts with you.

Just get back up and reflect upon the positive things in your life. Chances are you will be knocked down a few more times.

I've been knocked down so many times in my life. I've learned the best thing to do is say "**** it" don't let anything keep you down. It's impossible to completely forget what got you down, but if you put it in the back of you rmind, with time it won't be as bad. Time makes things easier.

I've been knocked down my whole life, but I still have managed to have such a carefree attitude. If you learn to not over-analyze everything and not care what people think of you, then confidence will reside in your mind.

It depends on what knocked you down. If it is a significant other, I found that finding yourself and who you are always helps the pain of losing someone. In other words, do what you want to do when you want to do it.
