Well, sometimes it' can be a walk in the nature, a cup of coffee, a long drive or just a sound & deep sleep at the end of the day while other times it can be my work, sharing some laughters, relaxing with a book or gardening...so depending on my mood there're just too many simple yet nice things to count I guess so picking just one may not actually be fair here ...

Enjoying quality time with my family. When my sons were younger I really taking them camping. We would sit around the campfire hardly talking just looking at the dark sky with all the brilliant stars.
Reading a good book.
