Is an oranda who is silver, considered a blue oranda? danke!

No, the blue is usually a bit lighter in color and has less gray in it's color than the silvers.

Yes...it's a silvery bluish tinted oranda. There is no such thing as a silver oranda. The only ones that are silver are mixed with other colors. The blue oranda is a totally silver/blue fish.
The only other oranda that comes close is the red-capped oranda (again..with the more than one color..haha). It has a silver/white body with the red wen.
