Nothing is put in the breast for breast reduction surgery. They take out fat and possibly some breast tissue and skin and stitch it all back together.

Well my nan had natural J cup breasts on her 5ft frame. Needless to say suffered with back problems, deep marks in her shoulders and breathing problems. You can't judge why a woman would get a breast reduction until you have huge boobs that affect your life!

My friend just recently had a reduction and they put a small implant in for support so there would not be excessive sagging.
