I am in need of a loan, of $25,000 there is a lender by the name of Paul Walters, e-mail paulwalters12@yahoo.com in Nigeria, he is asking for $225.00 up front to process the loan since I am not from that country. Now there is a lot of fraud out there can someone help and tell me if there are people out in those countrys that would lend someone that much money. Now he does have a contract, I would like to know if anyone has heard of this person or if there are companys out there that are legitimate. Please just being careful about this fraud stuff.

Thank you,

This is one of the biggest frauds in history; even has the title of the Nigerian Scam. You would NEVER see that $225.00 again. This guy has been doing this scam for years & it's totally illegal as well (he used to do it by mail fraud).

The Nigerian scam is the most known one. I woud check this out before sending any money to anyone. If you need a loan why would they ask you to pay for it?

nope it's a scam, there is no way that he could reclaim the money from you since you are in another country, and would be crazy to give you a loan. so quite obviously a scam.
