how can i make them bigger w/ out getting pregnant or implants?

you dont need bigger boobs. the guys you probably wanna go out with are gunna like you for who you are. all you need to do is flirt a little to get their attention and show off what you have. you dont need more of it. just get better at using it. trust me from a NICE guys point of view. if you are going after the shallow, assholes then i can't help you

You can't. Even getting pregnant, the growth is only temporary. Once the pregnancy is over and the milk is dried up they can be smaller than when one first got pregnant and often more saggy.
You can try to gain a little weight - boobs are mostly comprised of fat tissue.

Weight gain will not work...I have been a size 0 jeans all the way up to an 11 and my boobs did not change a bit. They have been the same size since I was 14-15 years old. I have gained, lost, gained and lost again....no change. Sorry...

Going on birth control should make then bigger. Wearing a push up bra will make hem appear bigger but if you want to grow you should try birth control. Good luck!

PUSH UP BRA! just wear one of these and apply some bronzer to enhance the clevege. They also have some creams that they sell im pretty sure that you can find them on the internet though I dont know if they work but you can always try them.

Size doesn't matter unless you are with a guy who isn't very in to you.
Personally I like girls with small boobs as much (if not more) as girls with big boobs. If a guy is worth your time he won't care if your boobs are big or small.

padded or push up bras. i suggest the push up bras from victorias secret. my aunt had it and omg her boobs liked twice as big.
