because im goin to a swimming party with my gf and i wanted to get my abs in shape and look dead sexy lol

do lots of sit ups and crunches to the point where your abs burn, then do more, and even use weights. try other exercises you can find on the interent

my frend is a boxer and he told me this so try this cause if any 1 knows its boxers who move up and down weight classes.

to get abs u need to get rid of fat not tense the muscles. go in a suna roon with a garbage bag onur body with ur hands and head sticking out and do 20 push ups and 30 situps backto back . u wanna tire urself out when u do this. ehat burns all that **** out fast real fast. my frend told me the first day he did this and came out the suna and took off the bag he sai dhe had all the packs showign which they never did and the side packs showign too 15 days u can do alot of it he did it 1 day to lose taht much weight fast for a fight so u can do it like werr otherday an get the pack. ull get it soone get rid of the fat man. yeah so u think i deserve the points or not?
