I think people care less about the regular things in life.......and that's just sad (but that's just from my experience). :(

i think that people are very much out for themselves in our world...
i see it everyday in manhattan....
i feel that there is a tremendous ammount of selfishness.
it's very sad to see.
we've advanced so much technicologically..
and seemed to have regressed as human beings.

I believe you may be right. But if we are being the optimist then I would say people care too much..but we never hear about all the good people do. That would not interest the media. They like dirty laundry!
A pessimist would say you are right.
So I have to remain optimistic....I know I am a person who cares deeply...for others...animals...our planet...etc. etc. And I know many wonderful caring people.
I do feel sorry for the people who do not care..they are missing out on so much.

absolutely people who care too less. For example,a woman in my state just hung herself and her three daughters in their closet with scarves. Only the infant survived. People have been calling the local news station to ***** asking if the woman was an illegal alien because she was hispanic. Turns out she was legal but nice to know people only care about that and not the loss of two innocent lives and an infant that is now motherless. Some people! :(

I think the people who care too much need to quit worrying about the people who care too less and the people who care too less should care more. (ya got that?

People seem to care to much about worthless, trivial things that have no real bearing on life and too little about the things that truly affect the world we live in. And, yes, it is utterly sad!

Too much.
But thats mostly in the Western world.
In the third world, they have a bowl of rice to last a week, and they're happy. They can't understand why the stock market drops a few points, and we're miserable.
