A poopy parter, just kidding! Well someone who is the life of the party or a great host or hostess (and I don't mean the twinkie.) Someone who is happy and talks to everyone. But lets them do more of the talking. The type who asks everyone if they're having a good time and if they're not, gives them a little attention. A person who is not too drunk to be sensitive to others when he/she gets a little wild. A natural entertainer who doesn't become overbearing by trying too hard. It's easy to not be a party pooper if you just keep everyone elses needs a little ahead of yours.

well im definately not a party pooper when i arrive at a party thats when the fun has just begun i would consider myself the life of the party cuz i am one big party animal i am gettn ready to go out pretty soon wanna come??? lol
