if you have a cd writer you now need to copy the file to a cd,, you can either use nero to do that, or use any cd burning software,, it will ask you what type of file you want to write you will select ISO
if you have not got a cd burning software package then download, burn on cd/dvd of the internet,

if using Windows you don't need Nero or an iso buster. just use this (it's small and free): http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
after you install it just stick a CD in, right-click on the file and select "burn to CD".

use a cd burning program to open the iso file and burn it to cd OR
download daemon tool from
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
and use it to make the iso file appear as a cd rom drive to your pc

To do this without havint to burn, if thats what your looking for.
Use Virtual Clone Drive
Founder here, http://www.slysoft.com/en/
Direct link to the download here, http://static.slysoft.com/SetupVirtualCloneDrive.exe
This allows you to open a range of diffrent files..
Daemon Tools also does this.
If not nero, or i believe windows allows you to burn the iso as is, allowing it to be bootable in the computer start up.
