options, Disable, Center and down Spread. Also what is just Spread Spectrum and what should that be set at,options r
Enabled or Disabled. Are these settings have any thing to do with overclocking

It is the HT frequency that has something to do w/ overclocking. You usually lower the HT multiplier so that you do not go to the unstable HT freq. when you overclock fsb.

Spread spectrum has something to do w/ electromagnetic interference reduction. You can leave it at default setting.
