This company is offering a 18mo. prescription, vision, chiropractic, ans dental plan. They claim they are not an insurance company. I know there are legit co. out there, but what about this one? If they are fake...I just got burned. My checking account has a withdraw of 279.99 for the program, I didn't approve this. Has this happened to anyone else?

1] report them to better business bureau
2] contact bank - they should not be able to withdraw money without your routing number, etc. you may be able to get reimbursed - ask how

Yes, they are a scam.
I'm currently dealing with the same exact thing. One day there was $279.99 missing from my checking account. I tried calling the number but got no responce what so ever. I then went to my bank and had to file purgery documents so my bank could investigate.

The same thing just happened to me last night. $279.99 was taken out of my checking account using my account and routing numbers. It wasn't a debit card based transaction. Is your information safe? How do I report this company and to whom?

The same thing happened to my mother, and I have now made 3 phone calls to them trying to get the money back guarantee that they promise, with no refund ever matierializing. I have been told repeatedly that a supervisor will call me, and no call ever comes. It is a scam.
