Regarding my previous question: Why do some Americans insult Canadians ?
I guess I got a little insulted, I'm emotional that way !
I just wanted to apologize if I've ruffled any feathers, I have
alot of American friends that I just love so much, and we
do poke fun at each other (namely one from Georgia)
It's just when it's rude that it bothers me. But not enough
to insult Americans in anyway, except maybe George W. !
Hugs to all, Good Night and God Bless !
Fran

Georgia chiming in. I saw your previous questions and saw so many great responses that I did not come in on it but I feel I have to on this one.
I think that the ignorant in America feel that lashing out at any other country is justified in that we are taking hits right and left around the globe thanks to the current politics. NO ONE has the right to judge anyone because of who they are or where they come from. You are sweet and we share the "easily hurt" gene. But that is no excuse for anyone ignoring anothers feelings. We love you here, on P & S and all over America. You tell us who they are and we will swat them on the nose and send them back to OZ for the brain and heart they obviously need. Love ya, me

I am sorry I missed your last question. I do not insult or look down on people because of their nationality. There is already too much hatred in the world. Nothing wrong with Canadians. I have been there camping when I was a kid. A little place called White River. Every place has its jerks including America. No comment on George W.. lol
((HUGS)), Good Night!

Most of us Americans can't stand George W. either.
I am a friend of Canadians and would never insult Canadians- eh....I like most Canadians that I have met=eh
Don't worry...us Americans get our share of insults too. Mostly BECAUSE of George W.
Other countries think we all love and adore him and are all just like him. How naive-eh???
hehehe! Have an AWESOME weekend!!!!

No problem. I'm American and I don't have a problem making fun of my own country members. After all, a majority of the people in this country voted for the president we have in the first place.
