it is possible, I am into that too, I am in the very beginning of it, to do it you need a clear mind and use something extremely light. and do something thats easy, I started with a light marker put it on a desk to where it wouldn't move, after about a half hour it did fall off, from no interference from anything that could affect the desk's movement , vibration, ac,nothing, mind over matter, spend about 30 mins to focus and to keep watching yourself self conciously moving it with your mind( as if your looking down on yourself doing it.) Mind over matter. It is possible to manipulate small objects. Its all about natural energy too. Don't know how psi balls work. , It is well documented of people doing it on a sub-concious level though which is what you need to go into, its about the same level of sleep walking, which is scary, because you could kill someone then find out afterwords, you did it sleepwalking, so be clear of that idea.

Don't bother. There is no such thing as psiballs, and telekinesis has never been shown to exist either. Many people claim to have such powers, but when put to the test they utterly fail. The best attempt at demonstrating telekinesis was probably done by a team at Princeton, but after 25 years it produced nothing and was a flop (see link).

Telekinesis is now commonly called psychokinesis or PK.
If your asking how you might levivate an apple then no one seems to know because it has never been demonstrated (except perhaps as a magic trick). Psychokinesis (or the intentions of the human mind) have a very small effect (though above chance and statistically significant) on moving objects. The first experiments used dice and then moved on to balls falling into slots (note they were already moving). Then experiments moved on to random number generators.
These effects are so small that it takes 1000's of trials and statistical analysis to measure the effect.
Work on this has been done for years by Princeton Enginnering Anomlies Research (PEAR)

Telekinesis is not a talent that can be taught,it has to be a talent you are born with.

Don't waste your time - if anyone could do it, this guy would have lost his million bucks 30 years ago. He hasn't. So they can't.
