Take them underwater or for a ride in the Vomit Comet. Other than that, it's not possible on the Earth. We do not have anti-gravity devices.

Hire aqualungs. The kids can walk around on the floor of a swimming pool. They will weigh only about 5 to 10 pounds under water. Since their muscle power is same, they can do Aerobatics (Well, aquabatics) and generally horse around without being in open water like under sea.
Malaysia being warm, they can be in their skin except for the aqualung.
Antigravity is still an SF activity.

It won`t be a room.
One way is on a swing.just befor it comes down from the top of the swing there is a momentary pause of weightlessness between the up stroke and then when the swing starts down. Also in water you can experiance weightlessness by floating on your back in a pool.you are neither going up or down. Some people may need help learning how to relax so they do float.

About the only thing you can do that I can think of is set up a wind tunnel thing. Unless you're willing to rent a Vomit Comet, and I'm not entirely sure that is possible. Either way, I can see it being somewhat expensive.
We don't have, nor will we have in the foreseeable future, an anti-gravity device. By Einsteinian physics, that is impossible.

I made this for a science fair project in eighth grade:

I can pretty much guarantee you that is the simplest and cheapest design out there. But keep in mind that doesn't necessarily mean it's simple; you need to have plywood and some handyman skills. It supposrts one or two people sitting on it, depending on how much they weigh.
It's a hovercraft by the way. It puts you about a foot in the air at most.

Nope. Can't be done yet. But you might try building one of those skydiving simulators that blasts a column of air upwards. It's powerful enough to support a grown man. Of course, all that wind isn't going to simulate the quiet of space, but maybe you can have an 'accident', where they're falling from an exploded spacecraft...

Unless Malaysia has a space program going, you are probably out of luck. It will be very expensive to do unless you know a friend who has a very fast jet plane or something like that.
