In Polls and Surveys?

Interesting.

As the guy at the top of the leader board in Movies, like that means something, I was most impressed with the original movie with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop, Sammy Davis Jr, Peter Lawford, Cesar Romero, and the rest. It has a historical significance in that it almost never got ade because of how close it was to when President Kennedy was assassinated. It was creative in that you had to rob four different casinos at one time. I thought the ending was interesting in that nobody gets the money.

As for the George Clooney versions of the story and the subsequent sequels, the first one let me down with the way it rewrote the original story, going for flash instead of substance, plus; they got to keep the money. The second one was more of the same, a smaller crime and a plot similar to Entrapment and the Pin Panther with Catherine Zeta Jones. And now you have the third movie with the addition of Al Pacino, hoping star power will out do the need for a decent plot. They lose both Jones and Roberts and bring in a new load of cameos including Oprah. I won't get into the story so as not to spoil this for others but Ocean's 13 is one dimensional plotwise.

When I went to Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End yesterday there was a preview of Oceans 13 and I must say it looked pretty good. Oceans 11 is the best one out of Oceans 11&12 because I thought Oceans 12 was a bit pointless and bad no story. Lets hope Oceans 13 can stand up and make a good movie out of itself! + it has poker in it, I love poker!
