they want the attention I am a female I hate it when women get drunk. They become stupid. When I go out my goal is to show people (men) that not all women act stupid when they drink. People have said they didn't know I was drunk because I didn't act like it.

Alcohol is a depressant but it also lowers inhibitions. That means that when a person achieves a level of inebriation they are more likely to do/attempt things that they would not normally do as part of their character. This can lead to embarrassing and also life threatening moments. Since alcohol is also a muscle relaxant and toxin severe damage can be done to the individual prior to them actually feeling it.

I once heard that alcohol makes your brain swell against your skull, giving you temporary brain damage! Not sure if that's true but it don't sound good!
