just tell a close friend all your thoughts. or somehow get it off your chest. cry about it.. let it all out (if you havn't already). crying makes me feel a lot better sometimes.
it will take time but you should feel better sooner or later.
:)

I think everyone goes through times like this especially after they have been hurt. I know what you are feeling bc i have had times like this as well. I think first you have to acknowledge that you are hurt and let that anger out. Not to him, but to a close friend, family member, religious leader, or even counselor. Then you need to think if this is the only thing bothering you. It may not be, and you may need to make changes in your life. I worry and am often preoccupied and I find that I often just have to stop thinking it through and focus on the good things in life. If you have a loving family and good
friends then you are lucky and you must focus on them. Do something for you...take a new class, find a new hobby, go out of your way to make a new friend or do something special for the friends you have. The most important thing for you to remember is that you are not alone. There are always ppl out there willing to help you and listen to you. You can get through this.

Yeah, maybe you're still sorting things out in your mind.
Try talking out your feelings & emotions with a trusted & wise friend, or councellor.
Don't keep it all in, you'll just make yourself even more depressed than you already are.
Also, try to change thoughts like "scarred for life" into something more positive like "profoundly affected", & give yourself a lot more time to heal. A couple of weeks isn't enough time to get over something like that, so give yourself a break, & be a little kinder to yourself for the next few weeks.

The true need for happiness sometimes flies on the tips of our own wings.and being hurt by those in whom we love or care for, sometimes injure that happy feeling.Yet it is not the end. When away from the home boys and the home girls we have a moment to let the hurt sink in and wrape it self around those soft spots that makes us ever so human.Don't stop living because some one has hurt you learn to live again
and gard your heart in a safe way.Be Blessed And LUV Much

Don't hide your feelings from your friends. If they are true friends they will be there for you and listen and let you cry or scream or whatever you need to do. Heck they might even go give him a piece of their mind! You will feel better if you talk about it. But the best way to get over a man is to get another one under you! lol

Yup, you answered your own question. You should take up a kick boxing or boxing class then pretend the kick bag is him and demolish it! You'll feel much better and have toned thighs and calves for it! Not to mentions sleek arms!

it's normal to let life in general get you down every once in a while, it's called having the blues... everyone gets it every now and then... once you feel a little more secure after your breakup you'll find yourself cheering up... now, if you start to notice signs of depression, or if you feel suicidal, get help immediatly! until then, talk to your parents or friends about how you feel.... one of them has most likely been there before and can relate a story on how they got over it all :o) good luck :o)

You could be a bit traumatized by this guy that hurt you. Some people take longer to get over things.
