Sex is the basic need of any human being. Everyone knows that. Those who are deprived of it, prostitution comes as a mean to get it. Almost every country in the world doesnt approve it whereas individually everyone wants it. Your take on it?

If I use my brains, someone uses his/beauty, someone his/her comminucation skills in a job AND no wonder most of us are not satisfied with our jobs. Why cant a prostitue be seen just like other profession where she is there by choice or without her wish (like all of us) , where she uses her body to provide service to a large base of customers. Why prostitution should be different from acting, coding or modeling?

This is tricky. I believe that everyone man and woman has the right to do with their own body as they choose but at the same time many of the women (and men) involved in prostitution aren't always there by choice.

But legalizing it would open a great many opportunities to those who participate.

I think prostitution should be legalized in designated areas, but not everywhere. I also think that it should be government regulated, there should be necessary precautions taken at all times and doctors should clear the participants before the event takes place. The reason, (i think) that most places do not support prostitution is because it is an act of low morals and dignity( to those that have those beliefs)
I think that it is indeed, a basic need or urge of a human being, and that doesnt mean that it is dirty or bad- this has alot to do with the religious beliefs that people have followed for centuries.

Prostitution were one of the oldest profession in this world(BIBLE).But until now they(lawmakers, the government, church) done nothing to solved this problem. Those people were humans and needs a job to support their basic needs on everyday lives, makes ends meet as they said. The thing is,they need the support of the some government agencies to give them a better job opportunities, education and even home and shelter and also a litttle bit of councelling. But for me it is better to support a safe sex practices.

Its not a need, its a want. Water is a need, food is a need, without these we would die. Not getting sex, on the other hand, doesn't kill you. You can't say everyone wants prostitution. I don't know many people that would support it, and, those that probably would, are idiots. If sex is really important, you should get a girlfriend or boyfriend and not see them as objects.

no, because prostitution brings with it many other criminal activities that do not presently come to most peoples mind. mainly, that prostitution involves sex slaves and human trafficking around the world and dont think it does not. it is a horrible, horrible situation and not as "innocent," benign, or victimless, as you believe it to be.

If you can give it away, why can't you sell it? People demand it and that demand is met. It would be safer for all involved if it were legal.

I see no need for it to be illegal. If a person is truly religious, they simply will not be part of it and for the rest, its just none of their business.
