As far as the treble clef goes, I always liked ...

As far as the bass clef, follow Andjrela's advice.

Above and below the staves are where it gets tricky. Just keep reading the music. In your spare time, even when you're not playing, it's good to read. You'll find that the more time you spend with it, the easier it'll become.

you can learn the shape of the keyboard because same pattern applies in every 8 notes that is 8 keyboards with the black ones

First of all, RELAX... you'll absorb more if you aren't tensed up. Second, just practice - its the way you get to Carnegie Hall!
