unfortunately until the trends change (which are dictated by the powers that be) this will continue. While I feel that in many instances it lacks creativity sometimes there can be great songs made from samples. This is not the norm but the exception..... Another reason that this trend continues is that the artist who created these songs don't stop artist from sampling their work. That could mean a LOT OF MONEY for artist that haven't been out in a while if a big name artist wants to use their song for a sample. So it's also up to the original artist as to who can use their songs. If they feel that the song will be offensive they can opt not for the artist to use their material...... Personally I don't like it that much with the exception that it's use very creatively. If the song sounds more like a sample than a new song then it's something that anybody can do but a REAL ARTIST will make it sound like a completely different song altogether.
