how do u change apples to apple cider using things like fermentation? use anything related to chemistry plz thanx!

the process is done by yeast. It's the same as in making wine except you are using apple juice as a souce of sugar instead of grape juice.

The first step is glycolysis which converts glucose to two pyruvate molecules.

Apple cider need not be fermented. As noted, the apples, possibly cored, are simply crushed in a press. The fluid becomes the cider. The solids are discarded or recycled as animal food. The fluid can be heated to destroy dangerous bacteria. The fluid does contain some solid materials and can be filtered to a clear cider or just sold as is.

you use whats called an apple press, im not entirely to sure on how it works
