I depends on what I watch. If it's a movie I've never seen I like other people to be around for the "premiere" but if it's a movie that I've seen a few times I'll watch that alone.
I have a group of freinds, and we get together every Thursday night for a "movie night". It's just the girls.

I have over 250 movies in my Sony 300 disk player and I don't ever watch them alone. It just doesn't seem right. But hardly anyone ever comes over. So I guess I am in a quandary.

By myself..that way I don't have to explain to others the plot or tell them what was said if they didn't hear it. If I wanted to watch w/noisy people I'd go watch it @ the cinema-plex. I will watch w/my girlfriend or a best friend but no groups.

Once in awhile I like watching a funny movie, especially with my kids. It's good to laugh with a bunch of people.
Most of the time I like to just concentrate on the film.
