DHL shipping is the bomb. Fastest shipping I have ever seen and not bad pricing. Though if you are doing it on ebay, nobody beats the US post office as far as price and convenience. They are the best.

Ebay and Paypal will connect you to the USPS and you can print out labels in your house, pay for the postage through Paypal and then just hand the packages to the Post man.

Happened to me a few times, although don't worry. Contact eBay and they'll ban him from eBay plus charge him and return you the money and maybe you'll even receive your item. Just contact eBay they'll settle everything for sure. I also sent to Israel and happened to me approximately four times.
