Report them. It will be up to the maintenance men to provide evidence that they are here legally to proper authorities.

Hi there

You may first want to ask yourself some questions.
- do you think they are doing some criminal activity?
- do you suspect they import/export drugs?
- do you suspect they are doing any illegal within the country?

If for any of the above questions, the answer is Yes, please contact the police department. Chances are that it may be nothing. But dont leave it to chance especially when a country's security is at stake.

If you are just annoyed with them for something that they did to you, then checking to see whether they are legal or illegal residents may not be appropriate. A police officer will definitely ask you as to why you suspect them. You cant be telling them "Hey they complained to my manager that I have roaches in my apartment. So I suspect they are illegal immigrants." I assure you, the cops will laugh. You must have a strong background.

Remember, you have the right to check whether they are legal residents before letting them into your house. A green card means permanent residency, however there are other legal means by which a person can be in the country.

Dont ask them for a green card specifically. Ask them if they were born here or abroad, and if born abroad ask them for their papers - it can be anything. I know some Russian seniors who can't speak a word of English, but are permanent residents.

You can also talk to your manager first and ask him whether they are legal residents. Because your safety is important, you can tell him that you are only comfortable letting a permanent resident inside your apartment, for any kind of repair work. I'm sure he will understand.

Just because they don't speak english, it doesn't mean that they're illegal. It sounds to me like you're just trying to get revenge on them because they talked **** about you, as you put it. Unless you're sure they've done something illegal, leave them alone.

you should continually attempt to get him to a unfastened health facility, or attempt to take him to a wellness middle and attempt to pay for it which contain your insurance. (in case you care to or are beneficiant/rich adequate.)
