and it has over a thousand MHZ (Windows XP). I couldn't even get it to work with oldblivion. Is there a way I could possibly run this?
Just to see I tried it with Someone else's Intel Duo, Dual core Windows Vista and it didn't work either, with or without Oldblivion.
Please help!

The Celeron M was a laptop but the Dual Core was a desktop. Both were Dells.

Are you trying to run oblivion in a laptop (Cel Mobile Processor) w/ integrated graphics? Oblivion is one of the MOST DEMANDING games in terms of PC hardware. The game needs both cpu and gpu power. For other games, you need mostly gpu power, so a dual core paired w/ a lousy integrated graphics would just be miserable in games.
