Have no knowledge of any softwae called "Syntec anti+virus", if you are talking about Nortons, you will have a serious problem. When you remove Nortons, you only think the program is removed. You are actually left with about 375 fragments glued to your files, folders, registry and hidden all over your system.
If the program you refer to is in your system, you can use this free tool to remove, write protected files, dll's, etc. etc. Download and follow the instructions.
